Grains that are naturally gluten free include rice, buckwheat, millet, teff, maize/corn, amaranth, quinoa and sorghum. Most bulk dried grains have a shelf life of 12 – 18 months depending on the variety. This also relies on the grains being correctly stored in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and and in a cool place. Refrigeration is recommended in warm climates (again, in an airtight container). Please see the use-by date on our in-store product label for each batch.
