This refreshing caffeine-free fruit tea was created by a qualified and passionate naturopath, using only the finest organic ingredients. Turkish Delight Tea combines dried pieces of apple with tangy rosella. Aromatic rose petals and cinnamon complete this wonderful blend. It has a naturally sweet, bright flavour and aroma – a delicious hot or cold beverage to enjoy any time of day!

How to Use:

Add 1½-2 teaspoon for each 200ml cup of freshly boiled hot water. Steep for at least 8 minutes. For a more full-bodied flavour allow to brew for longer. Served as is or with a little natural sweetener like honey or coconut nectar. Turkish Delight fruit tea is also fabulously refreshing served on crushed or shaved ice. Add slices of lemon and orange with a sprig of fresh mint for extra zing. To make a cold brew, steep about 3 heaped tablespoons of tea in 1 litre of room temperature water. Allow to stand for 8-12 hours, tasting until the flavour is as desired. An infusion of this fragrant tea can be used to add a wonderful fruity accent to homemade ice cream, desserts and puddings, preserves, baked goods, or savoury recipes.
