This macadamia oil is made from cold pressing the macadamia nut and extracting the oily component.  It can be used in cooking, beauty care and massage.

Macadamia oil is nearly colourless and is odourless so it makes for the perfect oil for skin care.

How to Use:

Macadamia oil has many uses.  It is used topically for hair and body care and makes the ideal base massage oil as it is light in texture and is odourless.

When used in recipes, macadamia nut oil retains its nutty flavour and is used to replace olive oil in panfrying fish or meat, stir-fry, marinades and mixing salad dressings.  It is also a beautiful oil to use when baking cakes and muffins.
