This Organic White Self-Raising Flour is made by milling Australian grown whole-wheat grain, sifting off the bran and then adding the leavening agents. Certified Organic, it is unbleached, contains no artificial additives and is non GMO. It has a fresh wheat flavour and aroma, natural off- white colour and fine texture. This flavoursome White flour can be used as all-purpose Self-Raising flour and is suitable for all baking and everyday cooking needs.


 

How to Use:

Organic unbleached White Self Raising Flour is delicious and can be used for all your home-baked goodies and any time a recipe calls for self-raising flour.

It is absolutely scrumptious in puddings and cakes, muffins and cookies. The fine texture off this flour makes it suitable for the lightest sponge cakes and desserts.
