Pistachio kernels are a green nut that is a member of the Cashew family. These roasted and salted Pistachios are grown in the USA, have no added preservatives and are non GMO. Delicious and versatile, these Pistachios are lightly salted with a sharp nutty flavour and firm texture. They are a wonderful, convenient snack and versatile cooking ingredient.
 


 
How to Use:

Great as a snack on their own or combined with other nuts, dried fruits and seeds in a scrumptious trail mix. 

Remove roasted pistachios from the shells and toss over fresh salads, or add to stir-fries, curries, cous cous and rice dishes.

Crush these nuts and add to spice mixes like Dukkah, or dips and sauces, for a lovely savoury flavour boost. Or grind for a natural salted nut butter. Roasted and salted pistachios are also great in salted-caramel style desserts, like steamed pudding, home-made ice cream and raw, coconut or dairy chocolates.
