This Extra Virgin Sunflower Oil is grown and processed organically and is a premium cold-pressed oil, free of added preservatives.
Organic sunflower oil has a mild, fresh flavour with a light floral aroma. This delicious oil can be served at the table or used in the kitchen. It is wonderful as a condiment, in recipes and for all styles of cooking.
Our Sunflower Oil is available to pour in-store using your own container or purchase one of ours. You can buy as much, or little as you want.
How to Use:
The light taste of this extra virgin sunflower oil is great in all your favourite salad dressings and sauces. Or drizzle it over steamed greens or into hearty soups and hotpots before serving.
With a smoke point over 200o C, sunflower oil is perfect for cooking. Use it every day to bbq, roast, fry and sauté. Organic sunflower oil is also ideal for home-baking – including bread, muffin and biscuit recipes.
Storage:
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, in an airtight container (dark glass recommended). Refrigeration is recommended in warm climates.
