Organic Hulled Tahini is made in Australia from stone ground hulled Sesame seeds; is GMO free and contains no artificial additives. With a fresh, nutty flavour, Hulled Tahini has a light creamy colour and texture. Tahini is extremely versatile and can be eaten as is, or used in a wide variety of savoury and sweet dishes – including raw and vegan recipes.


How to Use:

The mild nutty flavour of Organic Hulled Tahini is wonderful on its own with a drizzle of Olive oil and pita, or used as an ingredient in other dips like hommos and vegan coriander pesto. Scrumptious in wraps and as a spread in place of butter. Use tahini to create fabulous dressings for fresh salads, steamed greens or fish. Tahini is great with BBQs, falafels and souvlaki.

And add a little Tahini to home-baked bread – try a loaf of rye and sunflower. Hulled Tahini is also amazing in deserts. Include it in raw energy balls and slices, or delicious in biscuits, muffins and cakes.

You can even make incredible Organic Tahini Ice cream. Try a twist on traditional strawberries and cream, or whip up a vegan alternative of tahini and coconut with banana, honey and cardamom. Tahini is great in so many dishes. Keep a jar of Tahini handy in the pantry and let your imagination run wild.
