This pure 100% Australian Manuka Honey has been collected from coastal and hinterland areas in Northern NSW and SE Queensland.

It has a rich golden colour with the unique, floral flavours of native Manuka and contains a minimum of 30 mg of methylglyoxal (MGO) per kilo. This honey has been cold extracted and has not been heated over 34°C, to maintain its natural, raw goodness.

Australian Manuka can be added to beverages and raw or cooked recipes – or eaten straight from the spoon! Research has found that Manuka honey can aid in the healing of minor wounds and burns. And it is great for soothing a sore throat.

This Manuka honey is available to buy in-store using your own container or purchase one of ours. You can buy as much, or little as you want.

How to Use:

Manuka honey has a distinctive flavour that is a delicious sweetener in hot or cold beverages. Try some in herbal, green or black tea.

Enjoy it for breakfast drizzled on porridge, muesli or yoghurt, on toast, crumpets or pancakes. A nutritious sweetener in smoothies, particularly green leaf blends. Use it in raw recipes including chia puddings, superfood bowls, slices and super balls.

In home-baked goodies replace sugar with honey in biscuit or muffin recipes. It adds a distinctive flavour to marinades and sauces; with tofu or tempeh; or drizzled over baked root veggies. It is also great in salad dressings – especially with mustard.

To use Manuka honey for minor wounds or burns, apply a small amount to a piece of sterilised gauze and cover the area. Change the dressing once or twice a day. Of course, for more serious injuries, or if the condition becomes worse, seek medical advice.
