By becoming a Source Loyalty Member you can earn points and reduce your grocery bill.

The Terms and Conditions set out in this document concern the operation of The Source Bulk Foods Loyalty Program, the use of the The Source Bulk Foods Loyalty Program and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the The Source Bulk Foods Loyalty Program.

Individuals who join the The Source Bulk Foods Loyalty Program and/or redeem rewards are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and are legally bound by the Terms and Conditions.

The Source Bulk Foods Loyalty Program

By using your loyalty membership for every purchase you will earn reward points that you can redeem on subsequent visits in exchange for stock or reward offers for which you are eligible. Being a Loyalty Program Member will also mean you’re eligible for other benefits as communicated by The Source Bulk Foods from time to time.

To become a loyalty member with The Source Bulk Foods, visit your nearest store.   Signing up is quick and easy.  All loyalty members are required to give their name, suburb, phone number and email address in order to become a member. We will send you special promotions from time to time.

The Source Bulk Foods loyalty membership points can be earnt on purchases made in store or online however points can only be redeemed in store, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or specials unless specified in the terms and conditions related to those promotions.

Joining The Source Bulk Foods Loyalty Program and using your Membership will be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Earning Points

Points are earned on every purchase when your membership details are retrieved on our Point of Sale system in store by a team member.  Points are awarded based on the net cost of the goods you are purchasing and the product type. The minimum number of points awarded will be 1 point per dollar spent, each point having a 3 cent value. In-store promotions may also be available from time to time.

Accumulation limit is $100 worth of points.  Accumulated points are void if the membership is inactive for 12 months or more.

Simply inform the team member at time of making a purchase that you have a membership and provide them with your name and/or phone number for them to search.  You must have a valid membership with all required contact details on The Source Bulk Foods point of sale system in order for your membership account to be identified so that any points being earned can be accrued. Points are then added to your membership.

You can check how many points/dollars have accrued at anytime in store by providing your contact details to one of our team.

Redeeming Offers

You may use your accrued points at any time when making a purchase in store by letting our team know that you would like to do so.

The Source Bulk Foods Loyalty Members can redeem their accrued dollars to purchase product or deduct the accrued monetary value off their sale at anytime they are making a purchase.

Loyalty Points cannot be spent online.  They can only be redeemed in store.

The terms of the Redemption Offer may vary at The Source Bulk Foods’s discretion.  

How to Cancel Your Membership

You may cancel your Membership in person at the store or by contacting your nearest store. If a Membership is cancelled, any remaining points or benefits not already redeemed by the Loyalty Members will be automatically forfeited. Only the named member has the right to cancel the membership. If cancelling via telephone, you will be asked to provide personal details to verify your identity.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards

For Members that have been allocated with membership cards prior to The Source Bulk Foods going cardless, please keep your card in a safe place. If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, contact your local store who will be able to assist. Replacement cards will not be issued as they are no longer needed.  Memberships will still be able to be searched and used using contact details instead of cards.  

Privacy

The Source Bulk Foods respects your privacy and we recognise the trust you are placing in us through your dealings with us. We collect, store and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. By joining our loyalty program, you agree to receive marketing communications from The Source Bulk Foods via email, SMS, telephone, or other channels. These communications may include information about our products, services, promotions, special offers, surveys, and other content about The Source Bulk Foods.
