- Promoter
The promoter is HM Franchise Group Pty Ltd (ABN 64 165 008 819), of Unit 10, 8-12 Honeyeater Drive, MURWILLUMBAH NSW 2484 (“Promoter”).
- Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1st May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31st May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
- Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are members of The Source Bulk Foods loyalty program at the time of purchase.
To be eligible to win, the customer must have a valid email address and mobile number in their Source loyalty profile.
Customers may join the loyalty program on the day of purchase to be eligible.
Employees of The Source Bulk Foods, their immediate family members, discount and Wholesale Customers are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter
To enter, customers must, during the Promotional Period:
- Spend $30 or more in a single in-store transaction at a participating The Source Bulk Foods store; and
- Be a registered Source loyalty member at the time of purchase.Each qualifying transaction will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
Customers may enter multiple times during the Promotional Period by making multiple qualifying transactions.
Limit of one (1) entry per transaction.
Transactions that are refunded or partially refunded are not eligible.
Qualifying transactions exclude the use of Vouchers or Loyalty Points.
Gift Voucher purchases do not contribute towards a qualifying purchase.
- Prize Details
There will be one (1) prize winner. The prize is for two (2) people.
The total prize pool is valued at over AUD $4,000 (incl. GST) and consists of:

- One (1) Elements Resort Byron Bay ‘Wellness Retreat Package’ voucher for two (2) people, valued at AUD $2,900; and
- One (1) Webjet flight voucher, valued at AUD $1,200.
- Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
- Booking Responsibility
The prize is awarded in the form of vouchers only.
The Promoter is not responsible for making any travel, flight, or accommodation bookings.
The winner is solely responsible for redeeming the vouchers and arranging all travel and accommodation directly with the relevant providers.
The Promoter will not act as a travel agent and accepts no responsibility for booking availability, scheduling, or changes once the vouchers have been issued.
- Travel & Accommodation Conditions
Travel must be booked and completed within the validity period specified on the vouchers. Extensions may not be permitted.
The prize is for two (2) people travelling together on the same itinerary.
Travel dates are subject to availability and may be subject to blackout periods, including school holidays, peak seasons, and public holidays.
The winner and their companion are responsible for all additional costs not expressly included in the prize, including but not limited to:

- Meals and beverages (unless specified);
- Travel insurance;
- Airport transfers;
- Spending money and incidentals;
- Any applicable taxes or fees not covered by the vouchers.
The Promoter has no control over availability, blackout dates, or booking conditions imposed by the voucher providers.
Any issues, disputes, or changes relating to bookings must be resolved directly with the voucher provider.
The winner is responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including valid identification and any applicable travel or health requirements.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay, or rescheduling of flights or accommodation.
- Voucher Conditions
All vouchers are subject to the issuing provider’s terms and conditions.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.
Any unused portion of the vouchers will be forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
- Winner Selection & Notification
The prize draw will take place at 10am, Monday 1st June 2026 at the Promoter’s head office or nominated location.
Winners will be drawn at random, with one (1) winner.
The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.
- Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw using the contact details linked to their loyalty account.
If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be redrawn.
- Unclaimed Prize Draw
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 10am on Monday, 15th June 2026, at the same location as the original draw.
Winners of any redraw will be notified in the same manner.
- General Conditions
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and purchase details).
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
Submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or
Tampers with the entry process.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, lost entries, or errors that may occur in the administration of the promotion.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to regulatory approval.
By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name and state for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Privacy
Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion.
