Loyalty card terms & conditions
The Terms and Conditions set out in this document concern the operation of The Source Bulk Foods (TSBF) Loyalty Program, the use of the TSBF Loyalty Program and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the TSBF Loyalty Program.
Individuals who join the TSBF Loyalty Program and/or redeem rewards are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and are legally bound by the Terms and Conditions.
The TSBF Loyalty Program
Using a TSBF loyalty card every purchase you make will earn you reward points that you can redeem on subsequent visits in exchange for stock or rewards offers for which you are eligible. Being a TSBF Loyalty Program member will also mean you’re eligible for other benefits as communicated by The Source Bulk Foods from time to time.
Joining the TSBF Loyalty Program and using your Card will be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Points are earned on every purchase when your card is presented. Points are awarded based on the net cost of the goods you are purchasing and the product type. The minimum number of points awarded will be 5 points per dollar spent, each point having a 1 cent value. In-store promotions may also be available from time to time.
Simply present your Card at the counter to a member of our team as your purchases are being rung up in the till. You must present your card in order for your rewards account to be identified so that any points being earned by you can be accrued to your account. Points are then added to your card.
You can check how many points/dollars have accrued anytime the card is swiped through our point of sale system.
You may use your accrued points at any time when making a purchase by asking our team member to do so.
TSBF Loyalty Card members can redeem their accrued dollars to purchase product or deduct the accrued monetary value off their sale at anytime.
The terms of the Redemption Offer may vary at TSBF’s discretion.
How to Cancel your Card
You may cancel your Card in person at the store or by contacting your nearest store. If a Card is cancelled, any remaining points or benefits not already redeemed by the Cardholder will be automatically forfeited. Only the named member has the right to cancel the card. If cancelling via telephone, you will be asked to provide personal details to verify your identity.
Lost, stolen or damaged Cards
Please keep your Card in a safe place. If your Card is lost, stolen or damaged, visit us in store to arrange for a replacement. The issuing of replacement Cards and the re-instatement of current entitlements on lost, stolen or damaged Cards is at TSBF’s discretion.
