Small changes

Start with one swap. One refill. One new ingredient.

Buy only what you need for tonight’s recipe. Refill something you use every week. Try a small amount of something you’ve always wondered about. Bulk shopping isn’t about doing it perfectly. It’s about finding the things that work for you.

Small choices can become lasting habits.

Bulk shopping, explained.

(There are no silly questions.)

Not at all. Bring jars or containers from home if you like, or use the paper bags available in-store. Small choices can become lasting habits.

Absolutely. A spoonful of spice, a handful of nuts or enough flour for one bake — take what you need.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. The real win is having the choice to buy the amount you want without being locked into a full packet.

Ask us. Discovering new ingredients is half the fun.

RECIPE

Something good
is baking

Our Spring Garden Focaccia is colourful, simple and made for sharing. Top it with herbs, vegetables, olives and edible flowers, make your own little garden design and see where it takes you. Even better, many of the ingredients can be bought in exactly the amount you need.

Make it. Share it. Definitely photograph it first.

PANTRY TIPS

Make it last

A good bulk shop doesn’t end at the checkout.
Store dry goods in airtight containers, keep them somewhere cool and dry, and use what you already have before topping up again. You don’t need a perfectly styled pantry either: clean jars, old containers and whatever works in your kitchen are all fair game.

Little tip:

Write the product name and date on the container so you know exactly what’s inside and when you bought it.
