TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Zero Waste Pantry Kit – Weekly Giveaway (Promotion)

1. Instructions and information on how to enter form part of these conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these conditions.

2. The promoter is HM Franchise Group Pty Ltd trading as The Source Bulk Foods. ABN is 64 165 008 819 and address is Unit 10/8-12 Honeyeater Cct, South Murwillumbah, NSW 2484 (Promoter).

3. The Promotion begins across all stores and online at 12.01 am (AEST) on Monday, 8 June 2026 and concludes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Sunday, 9 August, 2026. (Promotion Period).

4. Participation is open to Australian residents, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of The Source Bulk Foods, their immediate families, Discount/Wholesale customers or any agents, including other advertising, marketing or promotional firms associated with this competition.

5. To be eligible to enter the promotion, the customer must be a member of The Source Bulk Foods Loyalty Program or sign up to the Small Changes Challenge online.

6. Each Loyalty member or participant of the Small Changes Challenge will receive 1 (one) automatic entry per draw.

7. The weekly prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

General

8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identification of participants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions.

9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or any loss or damage arising from their own negligence) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize and/or the participant’s attendance at the Event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

10. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. Participants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. 14. There will be one (1) prize winner per week during the promotional period. Week 1 (8 June 2026 – 14 June 2026) – Drawn 17 June 2026

  • Week 3 (22 June – 28 June) – Drawn 1 July 2026
  • Week 4 (29 June – 5 July) – Drawn 8 July 2026

  • Week 6 (13 July – 19 July) – Drawn 22 July 2026
  • Week 7 (20 July – 26 July) – Drawn 29 July 2026
  • Week 8 (27 July – 2 August) – Drawn 5 August 2026

15. The prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s head office or nominated location. On the above-mentioned dates.

16. Winners will be drawn at random, with one (1) winner per draw.

17. Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided.

I18. f a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be redrawn.

19. If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place 15 days after the original draw, at the same location as the original draw.

20. Winners of any redraw will be notified in the same manner.

21. Where an item becomes not available, we reserve the right to substitute the item with a similar item of equal or greater value.
