    What is it?

    This Organic Reishi Mushroom Powder is wild harvested from the forests of Zhejiang Province, China. Grown naturally on willow wood, this fungus’s fruiting body is collected by mushroom farmers then dried and ground into a fine brown powder.

    Traditionally, Reishi mushroom is known in China as the “immortality mushroom” and has been used to support and balance the nervous system. As Reishi mushroom contains adaptogenic properties, it has been said to help reduce stress and improve sleep. The only way to find out is by trying it for yourself!

    How to use it?

    Add one teaspoon Organic Reishi Mushroom Powder to your coffee or chai, or try this easy dessert recipe:

     

    Raw Reishi Chocolate Fudge 

    ½ cup nut butter of choice

    1 tbs cacao butter, melted

    ¼ cup coconut cream

    ½ cup coconut oil, melted

    1 tbs maple syrup or honey

    ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste or essence

    Pinch sea salt

     

    Toppings

    Mix all fudge ingredients (except toppings) in a food processor and blend well.

    Pour the liquid in small moulds, cupcakes or a tray lined with baking paper.

    Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
