1-2 tbs miso soup
1 cup The Source Bulk Foods Chicken or Vegetable Stock Power (mixed with boiling water)
1 shallot, thinly sliced, to garnish
Fresh or dried herbs, to garnish
Add all ingredients to a bowl or mug and mix well.
Garnish with shallots and herbs, and enjoy warm!

Raw Reishi Chocolate Fudge
½ cup nut butter of choice
1 tbs cacao butter, melted
¼ cup coconut cream
½ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup raw cacao powder
1 tbs maple syrup or honey
¼ tsp vanilla bean paste or essence
Pinch sea salt
Toppings
Mix all fudge ingredients (except toppings) in a food processor and blend well.
Pour the liquid in small moulds, cupcakes or a tray lined with baking paper.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Lion’s Mane Salad Dressing
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs maple syrup or honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Sea salt & pepper
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except olive oil and basil) and whisk well. Slowly add olive oil to emulsify. Stir in basil.
Drizzle over salad or eggs.
