90g Australian organic rolled oats
30g Australian blanched almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 heaped tbsp almond butter
250mL milk, your choice
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
4 tbsp Australian flaked almonds
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except the flaked almonds.
Pour into 2 oven safe ramekins and top with flaked almonds.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
