Tropical Turmeric Smoothie https://thesourcebulkfoods.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/anti-inflammatory-smoothie.jpg Gluten Friendly, Vegan Friendly, Breakfast, Snacks 250g fresh pineapple, chopped  1 orange, chopped  1 tsp ground turmeric   1 tsp ground ginger  1 pinch of black pepper  1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil  3/4 cup coconut water or filtered water  1 cup of ice    Toppings:  Dried Pineapple   Bee Pollen  LSA   Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add toppings and enjoy!
