Organic Cacao Butter Buttons

This pure cacao butter is extracted at a low temperature from roasted cacao beans. These smooth cacao buttons are a pale yellow colour with a delectable, natural cacao flavour and aroma.


How To Use:

The button shapes make this a very convenient ingredient to use.

They melt easily at just 35°C so simply place them in a bowl over a pot of hot water and stir until fluid.

These are often used for raw, dairy free confectionery and desserts.

Cacao butter can also be used as a face and body moisturiser. Add some to a warm bath or rub directly onto skin after bathing.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
