Organic Jasmine Rice
Jasmine Rice is a medium length grain with a sweet, delicate aroma and flavour and a slightly sticky, yet separating and fluffy texture.
How To Use:
The delicate fragrance makes this the perfect rice for just about any Asian dish, particularly Thai curry, fried rice, satay and stir fries.
Make easy Sesame Rice. Sauté 1 cup uncooked rice with garlic & ghee. Add 450mL water & 1tbs tamari. Simmer 15 mins, covered. Let sit 10 mins. Stir in ½ tbs toasted sesame oil & 1tbs sesame seeds.
Absorption method: Bring 200g rice and 375mL water to the boil. Stir, cover and simmer 15 mins. Remove from heat. Stand for 5 mins.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
