Australian Raw Macadamias
Macadamias are native to Australia, these raw macadamias have a firm, crisp texture, with a delicious creamy nut flavour and subtle fresh aroma.
How To Use:
These are a nutritious and quick snack but are also great for cooking.
Make macadamia cream to serve over desserts by blending 1 cup macadamias, 125mL nut milk, a pitted date and a touch of vanilla.
For a creamy vegan aioli, blend 1 cup macadamias, 1tbs avocado, 1tbs lemon juice, a touch of mustard powder and salt and 60mL water and adjust as required. Refrigerate up to 4 days.
