Dry Roasted Cashews
These cashews have been simply dry roasted and have a toasted flavour and warm, nutty aroma.
How To Use:
These are a good choice for including in curries and stir fries with honey and ginger sauce.
Add to fried rice, noodles, couscous and salads. Almost any savoury dish will taste better with crunchy cashews on the top.
As these haven’t been roasted in oil, they are a healthier option for making pesto and sauce bases, energy balls and raw treats.
They’re also amazing eaten just as they are.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
