How To Use:
These have a flavour similar to cranberries that pairs nicely with the savoury spices of a curry and add a burst of red to grain salads.
Include in muesli, yoghurt and trail mixes for their antioxidant benefits or rehydrate them in water and add to smoothies, bread and muesli bars.
Make a delicious tea by soaking dried goji berries in hot water for 3-5 mins or pop a few into a teapot with a fruity herbal tea.
