Brownie Mix - Triple Chocolate 750g
Our Triple Chocolate Brownies are made with a chocolate brownie base chock full of milk and chocolate buttons. A true Chocoholics dream!
This rich and chocolatey treat is perfect on its own for afternoon tea or served warm with a scoop of your favourite ice cream and perhaps some delicious salted caramel sauce drizzled over the top!
A handy mix to keep in the kitchen, simply add a few wet ingredients, mix and bake.
To Add:
• 150g butter, melted (or coconut oil)
• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160˚C. Grease and line a 22cm x 22cm baking tray. Leave some of the paper hanging over the sides to make the brownie easier to remove later.
2. Place contents of the jar into a bowl. Add butter, egg and vanilla. Mix until combined.
3. Pour into prepared baking tray.
4. Bake in a moderate oven for 25-35 minutes or when the top springs back when pressed with a finger. Take care not to overcook.
5. Cool slightly before removing from the tray and cutting into brownies.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Share your homemade brownies by refilling the jar with these cooked treats and gifting them to a friend.
