These certified organic oats are grown in Australia and are seasonally harvested then lightly steamed to ‘stabilise’ them before being rolled in a press.

How To Use:

Rolled oats aren’t just for nutritious porridge and muesli, they’re worth keeping in the pantry for everything else they can do too. Include in bread, cookies, slices and muffins or make your own fresh oat milk.

Use oats for healthier fruit crumble toppings or make a savoury version for au gratin and veggie bakes. Blitz oats to replace breadcrumbs in meatloaf or to thicken soups and casseroles. The family need never know where the extra fibre is hidden.
