150 g Organic Dark Chocolate Buttons
150 g Australian Organic Raw Sugar
65 g Organic Cacao Powder
530 g Organic Unbleached Plain Flour
7 g Dry Yeast

You will need to add:

For the Dough:
3/4 cup warm water or milk
3 large eggs
85 g unsalted butter

For the Flour Paste:
60 ml water

For the Sugar Glaze:
40ml water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
