White Rice Flour, Whole Free Range Eggs, Tapioca Flour, Lupin Flour, Organic Olive Oil, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Australian Sea Salt, Filtered Water.=

Gluten Free Fusilli Pasta

Handmade by a small family business in regional Victoria, this gluten free pasta is full of nutrition with 15% protein.

The pasta is made using traditional methods and then slow dried for 36 hours to ensure the perfect texture and flavour.


How To Use:

Fusilli is particularly good for creamy or chunky tomato sauces.

Use 1 litre of rapidly boiling water for every 100g pasta. Cook for 6-8 mins or until al dente. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
