Use blueberries as a nutritious treat to add on top of pancakes, muesli, oatmeal, yoghurt and more. Or add them in a smoothie! They also taste great when folded into muffins or cakes, and of course when made into jam.
2. High in antioxidants
Blueberries contain an antioxidant called ‘anthocyanin’, a powerful plant compound which gives the berries their natural blue colour and in turn help to boost our immune systems.
