Brownie Mix - Gluten Free Triple Chocolate 550g
Rich and decadent and certified gluten free, this mix only requires a few added ingredients to create irresistible brownies.
Gooey and chocolatey brownies, need we say more?
To Add:
• 125g butter, melted
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160˚C. Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper. Leave some of the paper hanging over the sides to make the brownie easier to remove later.
2. Place the contents of the bag into a bowl. Add butter and eggs. Mix until combined.
3. Pour into the prepared baking tray.
4. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until it wobbles slightly when shaken. Take care not to overcook.
5. Allow to cool in the tin before cutting.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
Delicious on its own or served warm with ice cream and fresh strawberries.
Makes about 14 brownies.
