Smoothies are a quick, easy and delicious way to refill your energy as a mid-morning snack or late afternoon pick-me-up. They’re also a great way to sneak some extra vegetables into your kids’ diet. Some days call for a simple smoothie poured into a glass, like our Choc-Banana Smoothie.   • Choc-Banana Smoothie

     

    Serves: 2

     

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high-speed until smooth. Taste and adjust saltiness to your liking, then serve.

  • Wake-Up Smoothie

     

    Serves: 1

     

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high-speed until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness/coffee strength to your liking, then serve.

  • Green Smoothie Bowl

     

    Serves: 2

     

    Add all ingredients (except the toppings) to a blender and blend on high-speed until smooth.

    Pour into two bowls and serve with a sprinkle of your favourite toppings.
