Allow to steep for approximately 8 minutes. Strain, then add honey and stir. Refrigerate.   Place the naked ginger and lemon juice into a pitcher or jug and muddle by mashing the ginger against the sides using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon. Add a generous amount of ice to the pitcher and a few lemon slices. Pour the tea mixture into the jug and stir. Serve in tall glasses with lemon slices and naked ginger. PT15M

Combine boiling water with chamomile tea flowers, lemon myrtle and black pepper. Allow to steep for approximately 8 minutes. Strain, then add honey and stir. Refrigerate.

Place the naked ginger and lemon juice into a pitcher or jug and muddle by mashing the ginger against the sides using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon.
