FRENCH ONION SEASONING

Preheat fan-forced oven to 200°C.
1Cook pasta in a pot of boiling water until al dente.
2While pasta is cooking, in a large saucepan add the olive oil and onion, cooking until translucent.
3Add the mushrooms and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned. Remove onions and mushrooms from pan and set aside.
4Cook the chicken pieces until browned. Add the onions and mushrooms back into the pan, then add the milk, cream and French onion seasoning. Stir until combined.
5Simmer for 5-6 minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened.
6Add the spinach and pasta, then mix well until evenly coated in sauce.
7Transfer pasta mix into a large oven safe dish and top with grated cheese.
8Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
9Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
