We've never met a banana bread we didn't like, and this one by our friend @juliamichelle.health takes the cake!
Banana Bread
30-40 Minutes
Preheat the oven to 180° and grease a loaf tin with some coconut oil.
1Mash bananas in a large bowl. Whisk the eggs into the bananas.
2Add the coconut oil, milk and raw honey. Mix well.
3Mix together the buckwheat flour, bicarb soda, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla powder in a separate bowl.
4Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Pour into the prepared tin and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
