For the caramel layer, place all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture over the base and place the slice in the freezer for 2 hours. For the chocolate topping, mix together the cacao, coconut oil and honey until a smooth consistency is achieved.
