These tasty Bushfood Muesli Bars with their tangy lemon myrtle flavour will be a welcome addition to any lunchbox or an energising snack on the run.
250g Bushfood Muesli
250g plain flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
185g golden syrup
250g butter
1 teaspoon of saltbush
1/2 cup sugar

Heat oven 180C.
1Mix the muesli, flour, baking powder and saltbush in a bowl.
2Gently heat the golden syrup, butter and sugar until dissolved, being careful not to burn the butter.
3Mix the dry and the moist ingredients together.
4Spread the mixture into a pan lined with baking paper and bake for approx 30 minutes. Take out of the oven and cool for 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
