250g fresh pineapple, chopped
1 orange, chopped
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 pinch of black pepper
1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil
3/4 cup coconut water or filtered water
1 cup of ice
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Add toppings and enjoy!
For a thicker smoothie, add coconut flesh or avocado.
