In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Spoon mixture onto lined slice tray and spread out evenly. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.  Enjoy sprinkled over fruit and yoghurt, smoothie bowls and oat bowls… or just enjoy the crunch on its own! Is there anything better than freshly baked homemade granola? Especially with a tasty Easter twist.
A simple mix of oats, fruit mix, nuts, seeds, spices and maple syrup baked in the oven until golden and crunchy! We hope you enjoy this delicious and healthy Easter treat with your family and friends ?

INGREDIENTS

Hot Cross Bun Granola:

  • 1 cup Organic rolled stabilised oats 
  • 1/2 cup Australian fruit mix 
  • 1/4 cup Organic maple syrup 
  • 1/4 cup Organic raw almonds, roughly chopped
