These Energy Bliss Balls are the perfect bite-sized snack to conquer the 3pm slump and get you through the rest of the day, in a healthy way. Made using molasses, or black treacle, there’s a hint of bitterness to them but with a deep rich sweetness that’ll have you craving for 3pm everyday!

In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.
1Roll mix into small snack-sized balls or flat bars.
2Store in the pantry or refrigerator, depending on your preference for eating cold or at room temperature.
