Whilst stirring the cacao butter slowly add the maple syrup and cacao powder. Keep mixing until you get the correct consistency, (it should coat the back of a spoon evenly). Spread onto the top layer. Refrigerate to set and then enjoy!   This raw tiramisu may require a little more time and effort with the multiple layers, but it is worth every mouthful! INGREDIENTS

Crust:
1 cup activated almonds

1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
Pinch of salt

First layer:

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut water

Second layer:

1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 Tbsp cacao powder
5 medjool dates (remove pips)
1 tsp vanilla powder
pinch of salt

Chocolate Topping:
200g melted cacao butter
100g – 150g maple syrup
80g-100g raw cacao powder
