Place all the brownie ingredients in a food processor and process until a sticky dough forms.
1Press the mixture into a lined, square cake tin and place in the fridge.
2For the icing, place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
3Pour the icing on top of the brownie base and place back in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set.
4Slice and enjoy.
