A warming mix of oats, chai seeds, pumpkin seeds, milk, peanut butter and smashed raspberries with maple syrup, Peanut Butter Jelly Oats is devilishly morish!

Peanut Butter Jelly Oats:

In a small saucepan, cook the oats, milk, chai seeds and pumpkin seeds for 5 minutes on medium heat.
1While oats are cooking, smash raspberries and add the maple syrup.
2Serve oats with smashed raspberries and a decent spoonful of peanut butter.
