Base:
Place all base ingredients in food processor and blitz until sticky. Press into a rectangular springform pan or flan tin that has a removable base.
1Filling:
Blend in a high-speed blender until very smooth and creamy. Pour over base and freeze for a few hours to harden.
2Remove from freezer and top with 80g of your favourite melted down raw vegan chocolate. Return to freezer for a further 20-30mins. Slice and serve!
