Pour boiling water in a small pot, cup or jug onto tea leaves. Steep for 8min.
1While the tea is steeping – in the bottom of a serving cup, combine drinking chocolate and a splash of boiling water to make a sauce-like consistency.
2Heat milk in a saucepan on the stove – or if you have an espresso machine, steam the milk. Heat until warm (avoid overheating).
3Remove/strain tea leaves. Stir coconut sugar and beetroot powder into the tea. Pour tea mixture in with the milk, swirling gently to mix through. Pour the milk mixture into your serving cup.
4Top with rose petals and cacao nibs. Serve with a delicious sweet treat such as Organic Date & Coconut Rolls or Dark Chocolate Turkish Delight.
