Gluten Free Muesli

Gluten Free MuesliThis is a great, easy gluten-free muesli.

It can also be served bircher style by soaking overnight in water with some yoghurt & apple. In the morning you can add some coconut milk and some honey. Lovely!

Ingredients:
1 cup flaked quinoa

1/4 cup pepitas

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1 cup almonds or macas (wizz in food processor or Thermie)

1/2 cup sultanas

1 cup other dried fruit of choice (I used blueberries, goji berries and cranberries and chopped these up in the food processor also).

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

Directions:
I also like to add a teaspoon or two of cinnamon. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and store in a glass jar in a cool place.
